MIKO’s cuisine is best described as a taster to South African favourites – with a twist. We introduce guests to Cape Malay spices in our dishes as well as traditional South African fynbos flavour’s like Rooibos and Buchu. Childhood sweet treats like Sterri Stumpie and Meeboss can be enjoyed by those of all ages too! Each dish tells a story, meaning guests can experience a little slice of South African memories.
This winter, cosy up in Miko and tuck into a tasty 3-course lunch with wine.
The set menu features seasonal favourites that are full of flavour and sourced locally.
Try the succulent beef fillet, served with truffled cauliflower, butternut puree and grilled artichokes, apple cider jus.
Save room for dessert! The dark chocolate fondant is a must-have!
Miko’s relaxed and intimate setting is the ideal backdrop for the monthly “Winemaker Dinner” series. It’s the perfect opportunity to talk with Mont Rochelle’s winemaker, Dustin Osborne, whilst enjoying a delicious 5-course menu, paired with some of the best selections of Mont Rochelle wines, as well as premium and museum wines.
These one-of-a-kind evenings take place from 7pm on the last Thursday of every month.
